SPECIALIST SUPPORT FOR BOYS & MEN ACROSS ADELAIDE

Helping Boys & Men Build Confidence, Independence & Strong Connections

Social Work-led mentoring, support and practical programs designed around how boys and men build trust, develop skills and connect with others.

Programs available from our Goodwood hub and across the Adelaide community.

“I started Social Strength because I believe boys and men deserve support that helps them build confidence, healthy ways to cope, strong relationships and a genuine sense of belonging. When boys and men are doing well, the benefits reach their families, friendships and communities too.”

Josh Clark Founder | Social Worker & Teacher

WHY SOCIAL STRENGTH EXISTS

Boys and men can experience loneliness, low confidence, difficulty asking for help, limited positive role models or uncertainty about where they belong.

At Social Strength, we believe support can do more than simply fill hours.

We want to help boys and men develop healthy coping strategies, communicate more confidently, build genuine friendships and relationships, become more independent and develop a healthy understanding of themselves and the kind of men they want to become.

Our approach draws on Social Work, education and mentoring. Rather than relying solely on clinical environments, we create opportunities for people to learn through relationships, practical experiences, shared interests and real-life situations.

We believe strength can include asking for help, supporting a mate, treating others with respect, taking responsibility for your choices, learning from mistakes and continuing to grow.

Because supporting boys and men doesn’t only benefit the individual. It can strengthen friendships, families and communities as well.
