Mentoring/ Support Work
You don’t have to do it all alone. We’re here to walk beside you, whether you’re building life skills, working on your goals, or just needing someone in your corner.
Our mentoring support is flexible and focused on what matters to you – building confidence, learning new things, and getting more involved in your community.
We can support you to:
- Build social skills and self-confidence
- Explore your personal goals or career plans
- Learn everyday life skills to feel more independent
- Follow through with plans made by you or your specialist team
Examples of support:
- Attending social or community events with you
- Mentoring sessions focused on reading, writing or health habits
- Support with sport and physical activity skills
- Encouragement to take small steps toward big goals
